Henri Giraud Champagne has a rich history dating back to 1625. The family’s dedication to crafting exceptional champagnes persevered through the First World War, leading to the revival of their vineyards and cellars when the war ended. Today, under the leadership of Claude Giraud, the house continues to thrive, renowned for its use of ancient oak barrels and exceptional cuvées. With each bottle, you are experiencing something different.

Henri Giraud champagne house adheres to the highest standards of winemaking, combining age-old traditions with innovative techniques. The house exclusively grows the prestigious pinot noir grape variety, renowned for its exceptional depth and complexity, in its 10-hectare vineyard.

Among all their brut blends and vintages champagnes, the “Fût de Chêne”, a champagne aged in ancient oak barrels, is their most iconic cuvée. The Henri Giraud champagne house has earned numerous awards, solidifying its position as one of the most recognised champagne houses in the region.

The NV Esprit Nature (2022 base) is a fabulous introduction to the range. Citrus peel, chalk, mint and white pepper give this Esprit gorgeous freshness to play off its mid-weight personality.
