Wine Advocate 93

The lively 2025 La Musaranya was produced with Garnacha Blanc from three plots of older vines. It fermented and matured in concrete, where they achieve micro-oxygenation and depth, with intensity and keeping the purity. It has floral notes, perfumed and elegant but with restraint. It has good ripeness, 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.2 and 5.3 grams of acidity, and it’s approachable and fresh, with a medium-bodied palate. 9,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2026.
