EnquiryThe balsamic and waxy 2025 Garnatxa Blanca is a clean and textbook varietal, already clean and expressive even at this early stage. It’s from different vineyards in Batea an is versatile and fresh, with 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.1 and 5.5 grams of acidity. Tasty and vibrant, it’s a bargain. 120,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2026.
