EnquiryThe 2023 Llunari was produced with Garnacha Blanca with skin contact (five weeks) and some biological aging under a veil of flor yeasts. It has a complex nose of yellow fruit and flowers and a spicy twist, nuanced and characterful. It achieved good ripeness and 13.5% alcohol while keeping a low pH of 3.05. 1,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2024.
