Floral and savory Cabernet Sauvignon inflections give the 2023 lovely aromatic presence to play off the wine’s supple red-toned fruit. Silky tannins wrap it all together in style. The 2023 Beaumont has a very pretty, unpretentious but well-defined bouquet with blackberry, raspberry and light iris flower scents. The palate is medium-bodied with a fresh and quite sapid entry, just a touch of black pepper infusing the black fruit, segueing into a graphite-tinged finish. Delivers exactly what you want.
