Tasting Notes
Burghound 93
A highly restrained nose reluctantly displays notes of airy and again quite cool citrus, apple and pear-suffused aromas where a plethora of spice elements remain in the background. There is excellent delineation and reasonable richness to the tension-filled, racy and textured broad-shouldered flavors that culminate in a focused, textured and almost painfully intense finale. This compact effort possesses unusually good density for such young vines and should reward extended keeping.
