Enquiry0.6 ha. Racked beginning September. To be bottled in January 2021. Cask sample. Sumptuous. Rich and almost exotic. I’m afraid there is a hint of pineapple here but it’s nothing like the New World barrel-fermented Chardonnays of old. Savoury tight finish with a lightly bitter note. Fun!
