EnquiryThe only cuvée that’s bigger than usual in 2016 because these parcels didn’t suffer from frost. Supplemented by a little very hard-hit (frost) St-Aubin parcel. Bottled a week ago. Stony and uncompromising. Very much PYCM style. Not nearly ready. You might almost take this for a Chablis in structure. Extremely bracing.
