The 2013 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru is blossoming into a gorgeous wine. It has an attractive, pure and winsome bouquet with dark berry fruit, crushed stone and undergrowth aromas supremely well bound together by the oak. So precise and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, edgy and precise with just the right amount of salinity towards the finish. Très Grand Cru. This evinces the finesse that winemaker Charles Lachaux has brought to the domaine. Tasted at the annual Arnoux-Lachaux tasting at Corney & Barrow. [Neal Martin, 07/05/2019]

This domain traces its roots back to the early 19th century when the Arnoux family settled in Vosne-Romanée. In the early 20th century, Robert Arnoux inherited vineyards in Vosne-Romanée, and over time, the domain expanded through vineyard acquisitions and marriages. In 2009, Charles Lachaux, grandson of Robert Arnoux, took over the estate with his mother, and the domain was renamed Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux.
This domain owns vineyards in some of the most prestigious appellations in Burgundy, including Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges, and Romanée-Saint-Vivant. The domain focuses on practising sustainable viticulture and pays great attention to the unique terroir of each plot. It has a minimal intervention winemaking approach, allowing the grapes to showcase their natural qualities. The use of oak is carefully managed to complement the wines without overpowering them. 
Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux produces a range of red and white wines, with a primary focus on red Burgundy. Their red wines are made predominantly from Pinot Noir grapes and are known for their elegance, finesse, and purity. The white wines, crafted from Chardonnay, exhibit freshness and complexity. Some notable wines produced by the Domaine include Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru ‘Les Suchots’, Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru ‘Clos des Corvées’, and Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru.
