Dom Pérignon exclusively produces vintage champagnes, meaning that the grapes used in a release come from a single exceptional harvest year. This focus on vintage production allows for the expression of the unique characteristics of each year. These champagnes are crafted through meticulous blending of various grape varieties, mainly pinot noir and chardonnay. The combination of these grapes results in complex and harmonious champagnes.
