This domain of only 2 hectares was founded in 1920 by Arsène Amiot. Today, Thierry and Fabrice Amiot focus on continuing the tradition of producing premium Burgundy wines.

The domain is located in Côte de Beaune and produces mainly white wines from the best appellation of the regions: Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, and Montrachet from Chardonnay grapes. They use traditional winemaking techniques and ageing takes from 20 months for the white to 24 months for the red wines. They produce grands crus, premiers crus, and villages wines, and also make sparkling wines like their Crémant de Bourgogne.

Domaine Amiot et Fils wines have gained recognition from critics and wine enthusiasts. They have been featured in notable wine publications and have received accolades at wine competitions.
