Domaine Marc Morey is one of Chassagne-Montrachet‘s most respected family estates, renowned for producing white Burgundies of remarkable finesse, precision and longevity. Founded in the early 20th century, the domaine has built its reputation on an exceptional collection of vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet and beyond. Today, it is led by Sabine Mollard, granddaughter of Marc Morey, whose thoughtful stewardship has elevated the estate to new heights while remaining firmly rooted in its family traditions.

Sabine has earned widespread recognition for her sensitive approach to both vineyard and cellar, including the prestigious Trophée Jeunes Talents de Bourgogne. Her winemaking philosophy is guided by observation rather than ideology. Practising lutte raisonnée, she tailors vineyard work to the conditions of each vintage, encouraging healthy vines while respecting the natural balance of the environment. Harvest decisions are equally measured, with fruit picked to preserve freshness and energy without sacrificing ripeness or complexity.

In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum, allowing the quality of the fruit and the individuality of each vineyard to take centre stage. Oak is used with restraint, resulting in wines that are defined by purity rather than power. Across the range, aromas of citrus, white flowers and orchard fruit are underpinned by the hallmark mineral character of Chassagne-Montrachet, with vibrant acidity, saline tension and beautifully integrated texture providing both immediate appeal and outstanding ageing potential.
