Friendly, efficient service, a fantastic range of wines, and genuine attention to detail. An excellent local business that clearly takes pride in both its products and its customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be returning.

A broad range of interesting wines, from the everyday to the exotic, all competitively priced. For me, the Brunswick website has about it a gentle whiff of eccentricity that encourages one to spend a while, perhaps an otherwise dull and grey winter afternoon, wandering and wondering among the shelves and cases, just to see what hidden treasures might be waiting to be discovered in untrodden, dusty corners.

I'm confused because I haven't received my wine I have no information tried calling the number it doesn't work I need to know when will my product be delivered as far as my experience to order was good but no other information is given as to how long will it take do I need to have my money refunded please respond I appreciate it thank you. I want to take this time say that this order was confused with a city in Michigan name Brighton I didn't know that it was in the UK but my money was refunded and I did find some a few miles away from city so I appreciate Brunswick company

I ordered a shipment of chartreuses and whiskey for delivery in the US. It arrived approx 3 weeks later, extremely well packed. All interactions over phone and email were excellent. I am very pleased. I would do business here again.

Ordered a case of excellent wine that I had been searching elsewhere for, and then found on the Brunswick website at a reasonable price. Pleasantly surprised to receive a £50 discount on the order as a new customer. The order arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I would be happy to use again, and will drop in to the store when in Brighton.

Excellent choice of wines, both in bond and duty paid. Delivery was quick and I was well informed as to my orders whereabouts at all times. I was even given a courtesy call the day following my order placement to inform me that the team were to be in Tuscany (which I was aware of as a recipient of their newsletter) and that my order was to be slightly later than their usual turn around time. Bottles arrived well packaged and earlier than expected with the discussed delay due to the Tuscany trip. Would recommend to anyone looking for great wine for any occasion/collection

I visited here today with my boyfriend for the first time to get my dad some nice wine for his birthday. I don’t drink alcohol so I wasn’t sure what to get him. I asked the owner for some recommendations and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about wines which made me sure that my dad will like his present. The customer service was excellent as well, he even wrapped it nicely for me and included a bag for free! Highly recommend

I cannot quite recall how I first came across Brunswick Fine Wines, but I'm certainly glad I did. Not only do they offer a fantastic range of wines at competitive market rates but their customer service and engagement is, in my experience, second to none. For many years, I bought wine from a leading regional merchant but never really had any engagement.. not even a 'thank you' for your custom. Brunswick is quite different; my contact Kenny, is always ready to offer very helpful advice and guidance, not to mention a reflection or two on the bottles we have enjoyed! I really cannot recommend BFW enough and only wish I had found them sooner!

I bought a Scotch for my husband’s wedding anniversary gift from them online. They were able to ship to the States which was awesome since I couldn’t find the Scotch in the US. Carlos and his team are amazing! Even though I’ve never been to store in person, Carlos was super helpful answering my questions. I talked to Liam as well since I needed the tracking for my item. They put so much care into packaging the Scotch. I’ve bought a ton of alcohol online before and I’ve never seen this kind of attention to detail. They really made sure it wouldn’t break on the way over here. They also wrapped it in gift wrap which was such a nice touch. Overall, such a great experience ordering from them online. I bet it’s even better in person!

A fantastic experience, my wife, kids and I were on our way back to my wife's families house without a nice wine for dinner, so we went inside and bought a lovely Sancerre. The shop owner was extremely friendly and helpful and even allowed me to try some whiskey that I ended up buying. Everything about going into this shop, talking to the shopkeeper and buying was pure old-fashioned customer service and a top notch experience.

I had been looking for a specific champagne all over but was unable to locate it anywhere by me. I reached out to Brunswick and they got back to me extremely fast, were able to fulfill my order and ship it to the US. The product arrived extremely fast considering it came from the UK.
